In line with the 'Tenant Fees Act 2019,’ no agency/administration fees are charged for any new tenancies. 


Deposits are equal to one calendar months rent for all of our properties. We do not take holding deposits.


Change of tenant fee during a tenancy (Deed of Assignment): £50.00 per person.
